As the 2024-25 school year comes to a close, we wanted to share some important information about access to the Clever Portal over the summer and for next school year.
- May 29, 2025 – The 2024-25 school year ends for most schools. Please note that students may continue to access most Clever applications they used during the school year until July 26, 2025.
- June 4, 2025 – The Clever Portal will be updated to support Summer School. Please note that not all Clever applications are accessible for Summer School. The IT Division will work with departments and schools as needed to try and provide support for Summer School.
- PLEASE NOTE – This school year, elementary schools hosting Summer School will be using TransAct’s Out-of-School Time Tracker application, instead of PowerSchool. The IT Division will not be able to configure Clever applications for schools that are not using PowerSchool for Summer School.
- July 27, 2025 – Students will temporarily be restricted from logging into the Clever Portal as schools prepare for the 2025-26 school year. Teachers and non-teaching staff will continue to have access.
- July 28, 2025 – The Clever Portal will be updated to begin sending data for 2025-26.
- August 11, 2025 – The first day of the 2025-26 school year. Students will be able to access the Clever Portal on the first day of school.
