As the 2025-26 school year concludes, we wanted to share some important information about access to the Clever Portal over the summer and for next school year.
- May 28, 2026 – The 2025-26 school year ends for most schools. Please note that students may continue to access most Clever applications they used during the school year until July 25, 2026.
- June 4, 2026 – The Clever Portal will be updated to support Summer School. Please note that not all Clever applications are accessible for Summer School. The IT Division will work with departments and schools as needed to try and provide support for Summer School.
- July 26, 2026 – Students will temporarily be restricted from logging into the Clever Portal as schools prepare for the 2026-27 school year. Teachers and non-teaching staff will continue to have access.
- July 27, 2026 – The Clever Portal will be updated to begin sending data for 2026-27.
- August 10, 2026 – The first day of the 2026-27 school year. Students will be able to access the Clever Portal on the first day of school.
