Effective Monday, November 16, 2020, the following changes will be applied in PowerSchool Administrator to assist with the monitoring of Reclassified English Learners (RFEP). These changes are being applied to comply with state review requirements. Please see the complete list of changes below.
• EL Students Requiring Follow-up – This report will be renamed to RFEP Students in Need of Follow-up. This report displays Reclassified English Learner requiring reclassification follow-up within the date range entered. To run this report, select sqlReports, and then look under English Learner reports.
• Count of RFEP Follow-up Students by School – This report counts the number of anticipated, completed, and missing follow-ups for a date range. To run this report, select sqlReports, and then look under English Learner reports.
• Reclassification Follow-up Report – This report will be split into two reports, one for elementary and one for secondary. Refer to the English Learner Handbook for instructions on how to run these reports. An updated video tutorial to run this report will be posted at a later time.
• Reclassified Follow-Up action list updated. The revised list of actions appears when a follow-up to Reclassified students is entered.
