Changes for Student COVID-19 Testing

As published in the October 11 Principal Updates, changes will be made to PowerSchool on Thursday, October 14, 2021, to include a new area for Nursing and Wellness staff to enter COVID-19 test results for students. This new feature is only available to Nursing and Wellness staff and users in the Health or Health Tech security roles.

A COVID-19 Test Tracking job aid is available for entering student COVID-19 test results. Please contact Nursing and Wellness with any other questions.

Two new reports will also be included to show student COVID-19 test results. To run the reports, select Reports on the left-side menu, select sqlReports, and then expand the group of Health reports.

COVID-19 Test counts: This report will provide a count of actively enrolled students tested for COVID-19 and counts of COVID-19 test.

COVID-19 Test Information: This report will list active students with COVID-19 Test results in PowerSchool.
