Effective Wednesday, January 8, 2025, Digital Document Delivery had a version upgrade. This upgrade changed how manual Document Delivery jobs are configured for delivery. Manual Document Delivery jobs include custom PDF reports like the Secondary Progress Reports, Secondary Final Report Cards, Elementary Progress Reports, Secondary Course Requests, and Transcripts. Please share this information with anyone else that needs to know.
This update does not affect Document Delivery jobs created by clicking the envelope icon in the Report Queue in PowerSchool.
