As published in the November 18 Principal Updates, effective Monday, December 2, 2024, parents will be able to access their student’s active final IEP or 504 plan through the Parent Portal. This addition enhances the many features available on the Parent Portal. It also presents an excellent opportunity to encourage greater participation in the Parent Portal, especially as more digital applications are being integrated.
For families with parent portal accounts who need assistance accessing their student’s IEP, school sites can direct them to the Special Programs IEP/504 – Parent Portal Access job aid, found under the Parent Portal Resource Website in the Forms category of the Help tile.
