Please see the information below regarding changes to PowerSchool, effective Friday, June 5, 2020:
New Reports
- Stored Grade and GradeBook Compare – A new report will be added to PowerSchool Administrator to assist schools with comparing Stored Grades with GradeBook for the current year. To run this report, select System Reports, select the sqlReports tab, and then expand the group of Grading reports.
- Stored Grades for Two Grading Terms – A new report will be added to PowerSchool Administrator to show historical grades for two terms. Please note, the results will only display information for the same class within both grading terms. To run this report, select System Reports, select the sqlReports tab, and then expand the group of Grading reports.
Other Changes
- Viewing Grades in the Parent/Student Portal (English or Spanish) – A new job aid is available to provide parents and students with information about how to access grades/marks in the PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal.
