Effective Monday, November 7, 2022, the parent portal support line for families to get one-to-one assistance with creating their parent portal account goes live. This is an excellent opportunity to encourage and increase parent portal participation as more digital applications are making their way into the parent portal.

Integrated Technology has created a downloadable flyer in English and Spanish to share with new families or those needing support to create a portal account. Agents will be ready to support parents in English and Spanish from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding district breaks and holidays.

Important: Parents/guardians must have their Access ID and Access Password letter before they call the support line. Please refer to the Parent and Student Portal Handbooks, Job aids, and videos for information regarding the setup and implementation of the Parent/Student Portal.
