As the 2023-24 school year comes to a close, we wanted to share some important information about access to the Clever Portal over the summer and for next school year.
- June 6, 2024 – The 2023-24 school year ends for most schools. Please note that students may continue to access Clever applications they used during the school year until July 27, 2024.
- June 12, 2024 – The Clever Portal will be updated to support Summer School. Please note that not all Clever applications are accessible for Summer School. The IT Division will work with departments and schools as needed to try and provide support for Summer School.
- July 1, 2024 – The Clever Portal will be updated to begin sending data for 2024-25 as well as Summer School. Note that scheduling data for 2024-25 will not be sent to Clever until July 29, 2024. Students and teachers will continue to have access to applications in Clever based on the prior school year (2023-24).
- July 28, 2024 – Students will temporarily be restricted from logging into the Clever Portal as schools prepare for the 2024-25 school year. Teachers and non-teaching staff will continue to have access.
- August 12, 2024 – The first day of the 2024-25 school year. Students will be able to access the Clever Portal on the first day of school.
