San Diego Unified School District has been on an older version of PeopleTools and will be upgrading to version 8.58. This upgrade will allow the district to continue to enhance the functionality of the product and stay current with other technology such as internet browsers, operating systems and database platforms.
While processes will remain the same, the look and feel will change. The upgrade project team including resources from the Integrated Technology Department and Human Resources, Finance/Supply Chain functional groups are testing and reviewing an upgraded test environment. Additional information about the upgrade, outages and much more will be communicated during the upcoming weeks as we count down to the upgrade weekend. Please stay posted.
