As the 2022-23 school year comes to a close, we wanted to share some important information about access to the Clever Portal over the summer and for next school year. Please note that there are some changes to timing this year.
- June 14, 2023 – The 2022-23 school year ends for most schools. Please note that students may continue to access Clever applications they used during the school year until June 30, 2023.
- June 20, 2023 – The Clever Portal will be updated to support Summer School. Please note that not all Clever applications are accessible for Summer School. The IT Division will work with departments and schools as needed to try and provide support for Summer School.
- July 3, 2023 – The Clever Portal will be updated to begin sending data for 2023-24 as well as Summer School. Note that scheduling data for 2023-24 will not be sent to Clever until August 7, 2023. Students and teachers will no longer be able to access applications in Clever based on the prior school year (2022-23).
- August 6, 2023 – Students will temporarily be restricted from logging into the Clever Portal as schools prepare for the 2023-24 school year. Teachers and non-teaching staff will continue to have access.
- August 21, 2023 – The first day of the 2023-24 school year. Students will be able to access the Clever Portal on the first day of school.
