On the evening of Friday, May 12, 2023, IT will begin copying the Elementary reporting period 2 (E2) marks to reporting period 3 (E3) and finish by the end of the day on Sunday, May 14, 2023. This process does not modify grades that a teacher has already entered for the upcoming reporting period, and grades are not copied forward if a student has changed classes and the course section differs. In addition, IT does not copy forward any comments.
Please note that IT will be loading the ELPAC Expected Performance Levels (XPL) for students at Elementary and K-8 schools in the reporting period 3 (E3). Please contact the Multilingual Education Department at [email protected] with questions about Expected Performance Levels or marks to enter for the Written and Oral Language standards.

REMINDER! School sites are responsible for printing an office copy of the final report cards for students' cumulative folders.
