Enrollment Form Changes

Effective Thursday, May 19, 2022, changes will be applied to PowerSchool based on the 2022-23 Enrollment Form. Please share the following information with users at your school who handle enrollment in PowerSchool.

The updated Enrollment Form is also available on the district website.

The following areas of PowerSchool will be updated to reflect changes to the 2022-23 Enrollment Form:

  • Demographics page, under Students
  • Enrollment Form reports, under Print Reports/Print A Report

Changes to the Demographics page:

  • Question 7 – Label change from Gender (LEGAL GENDER) to Legal Gender.
  • Question 19a – Foster Living Situation, added Family Maintenance.
  • Question 19b – Temporary/inadequate residence due to financial hardship, added Date Last Updated, Enrollment Form and Housing Questionnaire checkboxes.
  • Questions 22, 23, and 24 – Preferred Language label for contacts and emergency contacts.
  • Question 24 – New checkbox for each emergency contact, OK to send school messages.
  • Question 30b – New for 12 grade only, FAFSA/CADAA an option to opt out.

Changes to the Enrollment Form reports:

To access the Enrollment Form report, select one or more students, select Print Reports from the functions menu or select Print A Report when viewing an individual student, then select one of the reports below. Please note that report names have been updated to include the school year. Please also note that the 2021-22 reports will be removed at the end of the school year.

  • Enrollment Form-EN 2022-23 (English)
  • Enrollment Form-ES 2022-23 (Spanish)

Other Changes:

  • Parent Portal Updates – Changes will be applied to the Parent Portal Updates feature to reflect adjustments to the district Enrollment Form.
