In the first pilot year of implementation, schools have done an excellent job obtaining the Impact Aid Program Survey forms online and on paper. We aim to achieve higher school participation than any other year, and we need your support to make it happen. It’s important that schools continue collecting and logging all paper forms being turned in. All paper surveys collected by your school must be included with the final report due by December 15, 2023.

To assist school site coordinators with the collection process of this form in PowerSchool, IT has created and posted the Impact Aid Program Survey handbook.
