Issue with InfoSnap New Student Enrollment Deliveries to PowerSchool Failing - RESOLVED

Last week schools reported an issue with delivering new students to PowerSchool from InfoSnap. This problem has been resolved. Schools may proceed with delivering new students to PowerSchool using InfoSnap New Student Enrollment.

If you had problems delivering a student to PowerSchool last week, please check to confirm that the student was delivered successfully. If the student is missing in PowerSchool you may need to re-deliver the record.

If a yellow circle appears for the student you tried to deliver, this indicates there is a potential match with an existing student in PowerSchool. Please take care to check that the student you are trying to deliver does not already exist in PowerSchool. If the student does not exist in PowerSchool, you may deliver the enrollment in InfoSnap.

If you manually entered a student in PowerSchool (because of the delivery issues last week) please do not deliver the enrollment to PowerSchool. Instead, you should discard the record in InfoSnap.
