Effective Monday, September 21, 2020, changes will be made in PowerSchool for the LCFF Form parents need to complete each year. Parents will no longer need to submit this form on paper!
The LCFF Form will appear in the PowerSchool Parent Portal (https://powerschool.sandi.net) for eligible schools (those on Provision 2 or Community Eligibility Provision meal programs). Please note that parents will only see the new page, not students. And the page will only appear for the appropriate schools. A job aid is available for parents to assist with entering information for the LCFF Form. The LCFF Form will be available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese in the Parent Portal.
To assist schools with monitoring which parents have submitted the form, a new report will be added in PowerSchool Administrator. Schools can use this report to identify parents/guardians who have or have not submitted the LCFF Form in the Parent Portal. To run this report select System Reports, select the sqlReports tab, and then expand the group of Parent/Student Portal reports.
