The Summer School environment (https://powerschoolsummer.sandi.net/admin) will be unavailable beginning at 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 9, 2024. Additionally, the ESY registration pages will be temporarily disabled in the main database at the same time. During the downtime, IT will process PowerScheduler commits for secondary schools and create school enrollments for all Summer/ESY tagged students. Please refer to the Summer School Setup handbooks for details on the process and timelines.
On Monday, May 13, 2024, the Summer School environment will again be available. Important reminders are listed below.
- ESY registration pages will be enabled and accessible in the main database.
- All previously tagged Summer/ESY students will be active and enrolled at assigned schools.
- PowerScheduler will be disabled.
- Master schedule changes and student schedules are done on the live side.
- Schools will have the ability to enroll students in the Summer School environment.
- Access to Student Transfer will now be available.

If you require access to SchoolMessenger, please contact the Communications Department by emailing [email protected] or calling 619-725-5578. Users who do not have an account on SchoolMessenger may encounter an error while trying to log in. Please note that Summer SchoolMessenger does not support classroom messaging, and teachers will not have accounts in summer school.

- Setup sessions are for current HOST School Staff responsible for setting up the Summer/ESY scheduling.
- Maintenance sessions are for staff HIRED to maintain the Summer/ESY program in the summer school database.
