New Reports/Features
- Case Manager: IT will make a change to include a student’s Case Manager Name within the Special Ed Alert. The name will come from Special Ed information and dynamically change upon reassigning a case manager. Please note that the name will be blank if a Case Manager has not been assigned.
- Reminder: The “Other Alert” should not be used to add a student’s Case Manager. The information there will not change or align with an actual case manager assignment. If sites added Case Manager in Other Alert, please remove them.
- Enrollment Form – FAFSA-CADAA Opt Out: A new report has been added in sqlReports to list actively enrolled students with responses to the Enrollment Form question about FAFSA/CADAA. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the group of Enrollment reports.
Other Changes
- Enrollment Handbook v.7.0 – A new version of the Enrollment Handbook is available on the IT Training and Support website. Content has been updated and includes new instructions on how to create an Other Alert, add a Counselor or Home Room, and how to run mailing labels. To find this handbook, click the Handbooks, Job Aids and Videos link at the bottom of the Start Page, then click on Enrollment.
- Homeless and Foster Students Report - This report has been updated to include the Date Last Updated field from question 19b on the Demographics page. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the group of Enrollment reports.
