New Reports/Features

• Master Schedule Resources – Secondary – The PowerSchool secondary master schedule resources link has a new look and has been reorganized to support schools’ scheduling methods for next school year. Visit the IT PowerSchool Resources, Handbooks, Job Aids and Videos website, then click on Master Schedule Resources – Secondary.

• Document Delivery Next Year Students: This report lists all students identified to attend your school next year (continuing or new students). Schools can use this report to create a Delivery Template CSV for use with custom PDF deliveries. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Digital Document Delivery group to find this report.

• ESY Student Counts – This report lists a count of ESY students with totals for Attending, Not Attending, To Be Completed, and All. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Summer School group to find this report.

Other Changes

• ESY Unassigned Counts – This report has been disabled and is no longer accessible.

• Digital Document Delivery Expiration – The expiration date for accessing attachments sent through digital document delivery has been extended. Recipients now have 30 days to access attachments before the links expire.  

Reminders

Summer School Registration: The Summer School Registration pages will be locked and disabled for Registration and Course Request entry on Friday, March 29, 2024, at 4:00 PM. This is a change from a prior announcement. Please plan accordingly.

Scheduling Open Labs: Every first and third Thursday of every month in the afternoon until June. Please register in Professional Learning.
