New Reports/Features

• Student Program - Online Instruction: This report will support schools in identifying students participating in Online Learning with an Online Instruction student program. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Enrollment group to find this report.

Other Changes

• Home Language Survey Information – This report was updated to include the TK grade level. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Enrollment group to find this report.
• Missing Home Language Survey – This report was updated to include the TK grade level. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Enrollment group to find this report.
• Special Programs - Online or Hybrid Instruction – IT deactivated this report in PowerSchool to avoid confusion with the new Student Program – Online Instruction report.
• Student Photos – An issue with using the mouse wheel or swiping to scroll through the full sized photos breaking the page has been resolved.  To run this report, select System Reports, then select SDUSD tab, then find the Student Photos report.
• Transitional Kindergarten Students - The issue with this report not rendering any results has been resolved. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Transitional Kindergarten group to find this report.

Reminders

• Parent Portal Support Line: The Parent Portal Support Line is no longer in service. We kindly request that parents do not contact this line. The one-year service duration has ended. To obtain information on setting up and using the Parent/Student Portal, please refer to the Parent and Student Portal Handbooks, Job aids, and videos.
• PowerSchool Student Photos Open Lab: Open Labs to upload student photos are now available. Please visit Professional Learning to register.
•  Master Schedule Teacher Assignments: CALPADS Census Day reporting of staff and assignments in Master Schedules is Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Click here to see the reminder posted on 9/21/2023.
