- Next Year Course Requests by Course Department: This report lists students attending your school next year with their course requests grouped by course department. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Scheduling group to find this report. We recommend using the results page buttons to export this report.
- PowerTeacher Videos: Two new quick clip videos have been added to the library of video tutorials for teachers.

Other Changes
- English Learner Handbook v.3.7 – A new version of the English Learner Handbook is available on the IT Training and Support website. To find this handbook, click the PowerSchool Handbooks, Job Aids and Videos link at the bottom of the Start Page, then click on English Learner.
- Homeless and Foster Students Report - This report has been updated to include the Unaccompanied Youth field on the Demographics page. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Enrollment group to find this report.
- Schedule Course Request – This report was updated to include Student Number, and schools can now use it with Digital Document Delivery. Please note this report is only accessible in PowerScheduler.
- Withdrawal Form report – This report has been updated to include Site Tech and Athletic Director area for signatures if it applies.
Reminders
- Summer School Registration: The Summer School Registration pages will be locked and disabled for Registration and Course Request entry on Friday, April 14, 2023, at 4:00 PM. Please plan accordingly.
- PowerSchool Training: New training opportunities for obtaining support with Parent Portal Setup, Elementary Master Schedule, Secondary Scheduling, Attendance Monitoring, and Enrollment have been added to this month's training calendar. Please register in Professional Learning for upcoming PowerSchool Training and Open Labs.
